The Korean food truck you see so often parked near potential Indian burial ground Tutu’s has been the subject of much controversy the past week. Bushwickians in love with the cuisine from “Bob & Jo” have experienced a divide over whether or not they should be calling it Bob & Jo with a hard J or Bob & Jo with a soft J (as in Bob & Ho).

In order to get to the crux of the matter, The Burning Bush spoke with Jo himself to confirm whether or not he should be called Jo or Ho. But rather than clearing things up, he only made them more convoluted by responding, “I am fine with however people want to address me. I’m just here to make good food that everyone will like.” Unsatisfied with this answer, The Burning Bush went to the other half of the operation, Bob, who said, “He looks like a Ho, yes, but I have always known him as Jo.” So there you have it, straight from one of the horse’s mouths.
